Build: connect it to a business workflow

Set up your workspace, then watch five real workflows built live — and follow along.

1. Installation vs. workflow value

The setup matters only because it lets you build workflows that save real time. Don't chase a perfect installation — aim for one working workflow. The path we follow:

Setup map: Server (AWS / Ubuntu) → Agent runtime (Hermes) → Model provider → Telegram → your agent workspace.

Access and costs vary by provider and region. We'll verify the current setup commands and any trial/eligibility rules together before you commit to anything paid.

2. Your workspace

Each agent gets a clear role and its own workspace, so its instructions, context and tools stay organised. During the workshop we screen-share the setup step by step.

3. Five live workflow demonstrations

We build these in order. You don't have to complete every one on Day 2 — watch, follow, and make notes on what applies to you.

  1. Post-meeting action extraction — turn notes or a transcript into clear actions and owners.
  2. Student-success reminders — follow up with attendees at the right time.
  3. Proposal drafting — draft a proposal and follow-up, with a notification when it's ready.
  4. Scheduled morning briefing — a daily summary from messages, calendar and tasks.
  5. Content repurposing — turn long-form material into platform-specific drafts.
Anything that commits money, sends messages externally, or publishes publicly stays behind human approval. Agents draft and prepare; you decide what goes out.

4. Prepare for Day 3

Before Day 3, get ready to deploy:

  • Deploy your agent on your chosen setup.
  • List your three priority workflows.
  • Write a business-context document: what you do, your voice, your services, your customers, and your standards.

Your assignment

  1. Record your setup status and any blockers you hit.
  2. Draft your business-context document.
  3. Shortlist your three priority workflows.
